Sorry for the absense
I kind of went radio silent because OCD has been killing me and making basically everything kind of hard, and I've been loosing motivation to post outside of discord. DA slow UI rot has been making it feel less rewarding to post here, too, especially since my most important posts (sketch comps full of Thoughts) don't get much feedback, since I've noticed DA doesn't really seem to reward that kind of post/rambling I am however considering moving to Tumblr, you can communicate and discuss that here!

So here I was seriously plotting to move to Buzzly, only for them to just shoot themself in the foot- actually no, they aimed for their foot, fumbled with the gun, and shot themself in the chest. That site's just, completely fragged now. Just wonderful. SO! expect more activity from me here on DA in spite of how ALSO FRAGGED DA's interface has become. Bruh look at this obfuscated nonsense. Everything is in a scrolling list with NO subcategories, except for when you open up the notif stack for ONE DEVIATION to examine that stack's comments, faves, ect- WHICH YOU CAN DO BY JUST OPENING THAT DEVIATION'S PAGE. This is literally doing something already done better elsewhere; it is redundant. I cannot break open a comments tab to see comments only, nope gotta riffle through all the fave notifications! good greif this is really pushing DA into serious unusability territory. and we all know how receptive to user feedback DA is on pulling off unwanted changes! Don't fix what isn't broken, DA. and if you're going to majorly overhaul a decades old, highly established site, you should hire senior, seasoned MEMBERS OF THAT SITES COMMUNITY to do your webdesign. Hire someone who's been active here for like 7+ years and has seen and been there for all the other changes AND is skilled in webdesign (because WE KNOW THEY EXIST, bruh we've all been
