It Whispers Into My Very Mind...by =Incyray

Digital Art / Drawings / Macabre & Horror

Drawn with only the COMPUTER MOUSE! man, i'm so proud of this. it took like 2 HOURS! fff, i screwed up on the legs so many times.

I still remember when i was nothing but a shadow...
brought to life to serve as the ultimate guardian...
for a young girl who was sick of being followed by the royal guard...
so they took her shadow and created a living nightmare from it...
though i wasn't hostile,
they all thought i was a mistake and a monster
when the girl died, out they chased me
away,
away and into a deep, forgotton existance...
i have had a taste of friendship
and that, will always be my sole desire to have again
so why do you, and all the others,
run or try to kill me?
fine then.
i am, forever, a generally peacable being
but YOU,
have brought out the nightmare
not me, YOU.
it's YOUR fault.
YOU hated me.
YOU drove me away.
YOU wanted to kill me.
and YOU, are the monster.
YOU...
are the evil one.
darkness was never bad.
there was never a such thing as evil.
YOU created those things.
with your hatred and fear,
you made EVIL.
you turned darkness against you,
and everything else.
YOU created a living nightmare of pure darkness
and never realised that some would never awaken from it...
though, i truly DON'T mean any harm
it's just a defense mechanism that you have failed to teach me how to control
so...
will you...
finaly stop trying to kill and to run...
and...
accept me?
and lose your fear of the dark?
....
....
...
..
.
and if you don't, then i'm sorry
but both of us may disapear into an endless dream.... ... .
will you..?

yeah, i decided to write a poem to go with this. you don't get how pround of this am. really. AND THIS WAS DRAWN WITH ONLY THE

COMPUTER MOUSE!

and that, is what makes this so amazing

oh yeah, and i used adobe captivate to record how i drew this, so i'm going to be converting it into a shorter vid(the full length is like 1 hour 40 minutes) with music so i can post it on youtube.

The writing is fantastic and so is the picture but maybe if you want more of a boom maybe you can out line the whole body and not just the head? But besides that it is wonderful and I love the details. I also love how you draw attention to the head in stead of just putting him in there and saying"yep this is him" you actually took time out and did that. I think that you have a lot of potential and you should experiment more with stuff that you wouldn't normally do.
I hope you can continue to put great art up such as this one.. you are an extremely talented artist.

how come you say computer mouse like its such a hard thing?
i understand pointing it out and nice work,but why do you have to say 'i drew it with a COMPUTER MOUSE'?

becuase it's amazing and most of the people i show my work to behave in such a way that it looks as if i just flew around without wings.

perhaps this is the end result of the typical over praise a person my age recieves for art from adults.

(also want it get as many views as possible so i'll actually be noticed and someday get a job at like pixar or something)

so you admit you want praise,well,
i guess its okay but doesn't it make it worse when people like your art because the medium you used,by liked i mean liked and not less or more,that they suddenly do because it was used by a mouse.

i understand pointing it out,though making it this way looks more like 'I want attention!' then 'I used a mouse!' and i'm sure if i noticed it then some will too,and most people take 'I want attention'

in a bad way and view you in a bad way because of it.

also,then keep practicing!;3

it looks good,i'm a mouse user as well and the curve tool in SAI might help you with that,i could help critique your work if you want!

well, it's not that i WANT the excessive praise(terming it over praise is a show that's to much priase, which can cloud a person's judgement on how god their art work actually is.)

well, thanks for the ecouragement(i'm to edit that mouse bit out in minute though. it'll got from H2 to b.)

that's cool though that you use the mouse too! though, i refuse to use a curve tool, since iwant it to be my own steady hands that make the lines, not a automatic tool.

i see,i can understand.

though know that most people who even use tablets use curve tool after they sketch,so their line art will look more smooth,i'm not sure about all though but i heard most people do it (saw in tutorials etc)

thanks! it took about a little over an hour and forty minutes, since the recording i took of how i drew it(starting after i had the head done) was an 1 hour 40 minutes long.
